The Jungle Body Illawarra offers functional, beat-driven fitness classes incorporating dance, boxing, cardio and sculpting that will leave you dripping in sweat and grinning from ear to ear!

You can expect to box, burpee, dance, run, kick and groove along to the hottest music from all decades!

Classes feature 3 programs from THE JUNGLE BODY®:

KONGA®

An easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting set to the hottest beats. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint and groove. You'll have so much fun sweating it out you might forget you're working so hard! Designed to be super inclusive for all shapes, ages, sizes and those with two left feet.

BURN!®

A transformative dumbbell & resistance band workout, combining 1.5kg–2kg dumbbells and resistance "booty bands" with high repetition movements and a carefully curated playlist to inspire the mind, body & soul.

GETLOW®

A beat-driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body & improve your wellbeing. Pregnancy and post-partum safe, completely inclusive for all ages and abilities and joint-friendly — perfect for those who aren't into jumping, burpees or fast-paced choreography.

Hey, I'm Ellie!

Wife, mum, chocolate addict. I have always enjoyed fitness and being active, however I found myself getting bored of the same workouts and fitness regime. That's when I found The Jungle Body!

I love The Jungle Body because it is a beat-driven workout to real music, with fun and interesting steps that are easy to follow. It makes you feel good in both body and mind. Each class is fresh, totally inclusive and it has a real community feel.

I can't wait to bring The Jungle Body to you!

It's super fun, with easy to follow steps. The lights are low and the music is pumping... It's like a night out on the dance floor without the hangover!
